My name is Chris, and the happy looking fella in the top left corner, that’s Skills.
Skills originally started out as a Power Virtual Agent managing internal skill sets among colleagues, to see availability of certain resources combined with their skill sets and levels. Eventually though, Skills came alive and got printed on a T-shirt, and eventually turned in to the mascot on this very website.
Skills comes in many different colors and emotions, and his whole purpose is to thrill. So what is here? Well it’s Skills, who’s trying to thrill, so Skillsthrills. Simple.
Hopefully you’ll give it a read, or maybe stumble upon it as you’re looking for answers to a problem. Either way, it’s good to have you here!
The reasoning
I have always enjoyed knowledge-sharing, teaching and speaking, and therefore I have launched this page, to create yet another place of inspiration, however with a focus on Canvas Apps, Power Automate and SQL Server. Many people work with and enjoy working with Dataverse, but where I am coming from it’s SQL first, and that requires some other learnings, hopefully some of those can be found here!
The purpose of this website first and foremost, I think, is an outlet for myself. Instead of keeping notes and learnings in OneNote or other tools, I figured why not share them publicly, so I can refer both colleagues, friends and future friends right here.
